Dr. Lee Kong Hwee is an established leader in the field of knee preservation surgery, with subspecialty expertise in realignment osteotomies, cartilage restoration, meniscal transplantation, and ligament repair and reconstruction.
As Director of Sports Service at SGH and President of the Singapore Knee Preservation Society, Dr. Lee spearheads national efforts to advance knee preservation techniques. His work focuses on enabling patients to retain their natural, biologic knees for as long as possible, thereby promoting long-term joint health and function.

Associate Professor Hamid Razak brings over 15 years of deep clinical and academic orthopaedic experience to the society. Prior to transitioning into private medical practice, he systematically pioneered treatment frameworks as the Lead for Sports & Joint Preserving Osteotomy Services at Sengkang General Hospital, while concurrently serving as the Site Chief for the SingHealth Sports & Exercise Medicine Centre.
An internationally recognized academic researcher, A/Prof. Hamid completed elite clinical and research fellowships at Imperial College London and the London Knee Osteotomy Centre. He was further honored with the prestigious ICRS Clinical Travelling Fellowship, analyzing Europe’s premier cartilage restoration centers to bring top-tier preservation modalities straight to Singapore.

Dr. Soong Junwei is a Consultant in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Singapore General Hospital (SGH).
He serves as a core administrative and clinical anchor within the society, specializing in processing research implementations, cross-hospital collaboration pipelines, and structural frameworks for clinical trials focusing on patient outcomes in joint preservation.

Dr. Don Koh manages the financial frameworks and funding resource allocation blueprints for the society’s medical symposiums and clinical research registries.
As an active researcher in joint preservation biology, his academic focus targets evaluating long-term patient-reported outcome metrics (PROMs) following advanced high tibial osteotomies and cartilage repair matrices.
